Senior Building Services Engineer

(Fire Protection & Plumbing) — Permanent Location: West Region

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead fire safety and plumbing designs for construction projects. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end building systems.

Requirements:

• Design fire protection and plumbing systems for new construction projects.
• Manage technical drawings, equipment sourcing, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure all installations meet building codes and safety regulations.
• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with five years of experience.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to coordinate layouts with other trades.
• Full-time role based in the West Region.
