Quantity Surveyor — Permanent

Location: West Region

We are looking for a practical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and contracts for a construction site in the West.

Requirements:

• Manage monthly payment claims for clients and our subcontractors.
• Draft and negotiate contract agreements with various trade partners.
• Calculate and settle final accounts for completed construction projects.
• You need at least two years of local construction experience.
• Hold a relevant degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
• You are good at negotiating and working well with others.
• Work permanently at our office and site in Tuas.
