Planning Manager — Permanent

Location: Singapore

We are looking for a hands-on planning expert to keep our construction projects on track. You will play a key role in managing timelines to ensure everything finishes smoothly.

Requirements:

• Create and update clear project schedules using planning software.
• Visit construction sites to check actual progress against the plan.
• Spot potential delays early and suggest ways to fix them.
• Work with managers to make sure teams have enough resources.
• Share simple progress updates with the wider project team.
• At least five years of planning experience in construction.
• Proficiency with tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• This is a permanent role based at our Singapore office.
