M&E Coordinator — Permanent

Location: Central Region

We are seeking a proactive M&E Coordinator to oversee technical operations for a major building project in the Central Region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless multidisciplinary coordination and the successful, timely delivery of high-quality construction works.

Requirements:

• Lead onsite M&E coordination, progress monitoring, and technical troubleshooting across architectural and structural teams.
• Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of site coordination experience with a large-scale A1 main contractor.
• Proficiency in BIM, VDC concepts, and relevant building codes is highly advantageous for this role.
