Location: Islandwide | Experience: Manager | Salary: 6500 - 10500

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee building contracts and project finances. This role offers the chance to lead key construction deals in a supportive professional environment.

Requirements:

• Manage construction contracts, project costs, and procurement processes.
• Handle financial reporting, risk assessment, and claims management.
• Ten years of professional construction and contract experience required.
• Strong number skills and deep knowledge of contract law.
• Mechanical and electrical project experience is a plus.
• Salary between $6,500 and $10,500 depending on your experience.
• Full-time role based at various project sites across the island.
