BIM Modeller — Permanent

Location: Singapore

Join a busy Singapore construction firm to lead 3D building modeling and oversee site technical operations. You will play a key role in bringing complex infrastructure designs to life.

Requirements:

• Build and update detailed 3D models using BIM and AutoCAD
• Direct on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work
• Review technical drawings and verify site measurements for accuracy
• Solve site-based construction issues and coordinate with external consultants
• Hold a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Bring at least 3 years of relevant construction experience
• Enjoy a permanent role based in Singapore
