Job description & Roles and Responsibilities As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership across all operational aspects of our massage, foot reflexology, and therapeutic massage facilities. Your primary focus will be to maintain the highest standards of holistic wellness, oversee practitioner expertise in Professional therapeutic practices, and drive overall business growth. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing marketing strategies to attract clients, ensuring the facility maintains strict hygiene and safety compliance, and directing human resources, including hiring and training skilled practitioners and therapists. The ideal candidate will have a Related WSQ , Diploma or Hospitality Management qualification or a related field, along with Five to Ten years of proven management experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry. Core competencies include team leadership, client satisfaction management, and expertise in wellness service standards.
