We are looking for a professional passionate about strategic leadership and the textile, manufacturing, or industrial sector to strengthen the national and international purchasing area. What will your challenge be? To guarantee the timely and efficient supply of national and international raw materials and supplies.
Your tasks
- Lead the national and international purchasing strategy, guaranteeing the timely supply of raw materials and supplies.
- Coordinate and direct the purchasing team, defining priorities, goals, and responsibilities.
- Negotiate with key suppliers, ensuring competitive conditions in price, quality, service, and delivery times.
- Analyze national and international market conditions to anticipate cost variations and define supply strategies.
- Monitor the performance and compliance of national and international suppliers.
- Guarantee the availability and adequate management of raw material and supply inventories.
- Supervise import and export operations, ensuring customs and foreign exchange compliance.
Requirements
Profile Requirements Education: Professional in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. With emphasis on international logistics, customs, and purchasing management.
Experience: 5 years in national and international purchasing, negotiation, and import/export logistics. Minimum 3 years leading purchasing teams.
Technical knowledge: Negotiation, cost optimization, purchasing management with international suppliers, inventory analysis, data analysis, product category management, customs processes, indicator management, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of ERP (Siesa or similar).
Key competencies: Strong orientation to results, analytical capacity, negotiation skills, effective communication, and team leadership. ADVANCED ENGLISH
