Tax Manager

An important company in the industrial sector is looking for a Tax Manager to strengthen its team and support the organization's tax management.

What are we looking for?

Professional in Public Accounting or students in their final semesters, with 1 to 3 years of experience in the tax area.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of tax regulations and fiscal operations.
• Experience or knowledge in income tax returns and magnetic media.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems.
• Intermediate level Excel.
• English level A2.
• Knowledge of national, departmental, and territorial taxes.

You will be responsible for executing and supporting the operational and accounting processes of the tax area, ensuring timely compliance with fiscal obligations and the correct management of tax information.

Among your main functions will be:

• Performing reconciliations of tax systems and records.
• Executing accounting entries related to fiscal operations.
• Keeping information on territorial tax obligations up to date.
• Analyzing direct and indirect taxes and preparing tax reports.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly closing adjustments.
• Preparing national, departmental, and territorial tax returns.
• Managing and accounting for tax settlements and verifying their payment.
• Calculating tax provisions.
• Gathering and reviewing exogenous information for submission to tax authorities.
• Preparing annexes and formats required for magnetic media.
• Keeping tax documentation organized and up to date.
• Supporting compliance with the companies' fiscal obligations.
