Purchasing Analyst Cali

A Purchasing Analyst is requested to strengthen the work team in the city of Cali.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for executing procurement processes for goods and services, analyzing quotes and budgets to guarantee the best conditions of price, quality, and timeliness. You will also be in charge of searching for and managing suppliers, following up on purchase orders, and attending to purchase requests.

Main functions

• Manage procurement and Spot purchasing processes.
• Analyze quotes, budgets, and the needs of different areas.
• Search for, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Support the registration, analysis, and approval of new suppliers.
• Create and update requisitions and purchase orders.
• Manage and follow up on changes in requisitions and purchase orders.
• Identify negotiation opportunities and generate procurement strategies.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal clients.
• Comply with the established service levels for purchasing processes.
• Analyze and consolidate the benefits obtained in negotiations.

Education:

Professional in Business Administration, Finance, or related careers, with 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing processes.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Experience in the execution of procurement strategies.
• Management of negotiation processes and supplier selection.
• English B2.
