FOOT REFLEXOLOGIST

We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Foot Reflexologist to provide quality foot reflexology and wellness services to customers.

The role involves performing foot reflexology treatments, ensuring customer comfort, maintaining high hygiene standards and providing a pleasant and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Foot Reflexology Services

• Perform professional foot reflexology treatments according to company SOPs.
• Apply appropriate pressure and massage techniques to the feet and lower legs.
• Provide foot massage, leg massage and other wellness treatments offered by the outlet.
• Assess customer preferences and adjust treatment pressure and techniques accordingly.
• Ensure customers are comfortable throughout the treatment.

2. Customer Service

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Communicate with customers to understand their preferred treatment and pressure level.
• Maintain a pleasant and relaxing environment.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

3. Hygiene & Treatment Preparation

• Prepare treatment areas, chairs, towels and equipment before each session.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas after each treatment.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional grooming standards.
• Follow company hygiene and safety procedures.

4. Sales & Customer Retention

• Introduce customers to suitable treatments, packages and membership programmes.
• Support outlet promotions and sales activities.
• Encourage repeat bookings and customer referrals.
• Provide appropriate recommendations based on customers' preferences.

5. Teamwork & Outlet Operations

• Work closely with supervisors, managers and other therapists.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain proper care and usage of equipment and treatment supplies.
• Monitor supplies such as towels, oils and other consumables.
• Report customer issues, equipment problems or operational concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foot Reflexologist, Massage Therapist or Spa Therapist is preferred.
• Relevant reflexology or massage training/certification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of foot reflexology and massage techniques.
• Good hand strength and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
• Friendly, patient and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and professional.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
