Your tasks

*Provide professional massage and body care services based on clients’ needs and the company’s service standards.

*Consult with clients before each session to understand their preferences, explain available services, and confirm the treatment plan.

*Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment area; sanitize equipment and replace linens between appointments.

*Prepare treatment rooms, oils, tools, and other supplies before each service.

*Monitor client comfort throughout each session and adjust techniques or pressure when appropriate.

*Maintain accurate appointment and service records, and communicate scheduling needs with the team.

*Recommend suitable services or aftercare based on clients’ stated preferences and the services offered.

*Follow workplace health, safety, privacy, and professional conduct requirements.

*Support daily salon operations and complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience providing massage or body care services in a salon, spa, hotel, or similar setting.
• Able to perform common massage techniques safely and adapt pressure to clients’ comfort and stated preferences.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Good understanding of personal hygiene, room sanitation, equipment care, and safe service practices.
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and attentive to detail; able to manage appointments and maintain consistent service quality.
• Comfortable standing and performing hands-on work for extended periods.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in [required language].
• Relevant training or certification in massage, beauty therapy, or body care is preferred.
• Must comply with the company’s service standards, privacy rules, and applicable local requirements.
