Operations Manager
- Regional Client Relationship Management (Core Focus)
A. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner hotels within your territory – proactively initiate and maintain frequent communication with hotel decision‑makers (GM, F&B, Recreation, Sales, etc.) to strengthen partnerships. B. Regularly visit hotels to conduct face‑to‑face meetings, understand their needs, gather feedback, and resolve operational issues promptly. C. Build trust and long‑term cooperation by demonstrating a genuine commitment to their success, not just reactive problem‑solving.
- Business Growth & Opportunity Identification
A. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities at each hotel – such as introducing new water sports products, expanding service areas, launching seasonal promotions, or co‑hosting events. B. Monitor booking trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities in your region; propose data‑driven strategies to increase revenue and occupancy of our services. C. Take ownership of order growth and revenue targets for your assigned area.
- Operational Oversight & Quality Assurance
A. Regularly inspect on‑site operations at partner hotels to ensure equipment, facilities, and service standards meet company and guest expectations. B. Address any operational irregularities or guest complaints, coordinating with internal teams and hotel staff for quick resolution. C. Ensure consistent service delivery across all locations in your territory.
- Team Coordination (as needed)
A. Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of on‑site support staff within your region, ensuring they follow protocols and deliver excellent service. B. Provide ongoing guidance and motivation to onsite teams, fostering a proactive and guest‑centric culture.
Qualifications: Thai nationality (this position is for Thai citizens only) Associate degree or above – Hotel Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields preferred Age 25+ preferred (maturity and professional presence for hotel management interactions) Fluent in English – confident in both spoken and written communication with international hotel executives and guests Must have own private car – essential for frequent travel across the region and to multiple hotel sites Self‑motivated and proactive – you are expected to initiate contact, propose ideas, and drive results without waiting for instructions Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills – able to engage with senior hotel leaders and build lasting relationships Willing to travel frequently within your assigned region and surrounding areas Strong problem‑solving ability and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Sales mindset – ability to spot opportunities and upsell services Prior experience in a hotel Recreation/Sports Department, or in a regional operations/client management role, is strongly preferred
