*Responsibilities*

• Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards
• Maintain facilities by inspecting for repairs needed and reporting issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, or structural components
• Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and sanitized regularly to promote hygiene and safety
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces or meeting rooms as needed
• Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and supply inventories

*Skills*

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or institutional settings
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks or assist maintenance staff when required
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
• Effective communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
