Job Description Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Deliver genuine service from the heart Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, food and beverage offerings, and service procedures to provide confident recommendations and attentive service. Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue Attend to guests and deliver all Front of House duties, such as orders taking and table service, according to SOP Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure clear communication, efficient coordination, and a positive working environment. Serve drinks efficiently, while taking into consideration guests' experience Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff

Requirements: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with the ability to handle service confidently and independently.

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.

Good knowledge of food and beverage service, with a willingness to continue learning and developing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different teams.
