OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient business activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and work processes. Monitor staff performance and ensure proper allocation of duties. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Manage manpower planning, work schedules and operational resources. Monitor operational costs and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements and relevant regulations. Handle operational issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management. Train, guide and motivate staff to improve work performance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in operations management. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
