Execution Manager
Manage and supervise daily site execution activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Plan, organize, and monitor construction activities in line with the approved project schedule.
Monitor project progress, identify delays or potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with the Project Management, Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, and Quality & HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure proper implementation on site.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources to optimize productivity and minimize project delays.
Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved quality standards and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations across all site activities.
Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Identify and resolve site-related technical, operational, and coordination issues.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and required actions.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure alignment among all involved parties.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, progress updates, and project records.
Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets related to time, cost, quality, and safety.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution, preferably in large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
Good understanding of project planning, progress monitoring, and resource management.
Strong coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities under time constraints.
Good knowledge of quality and HSE requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management
