Vice President
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Deputy General Manager to support the overall management and daily operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations and management of the company.
- Support business planning, company development and implementation of management strategies.
- Oversee construction projects and coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, costs and operational performance.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant government authorities.
- Manage and supervise employees and ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- Assist in resolving operational, project and manpower-related issues.
- Support business development and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and review management reports, project reports and other relevant documentation.
- Perform other management duties assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in management, project coordination or construction operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore construction industry practices and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
