TOWER CRANE OPERATOR

Operate the tower crane safely and efficiently in accordance with approved lifting plans and site procedures.

Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure the crane is in safe working condition.

Lift, move, and position construction materials, equipment, and loads accurately and safely.

Follow the instructions of appointed signalmen and coordinate effectively with riggers and site supervisors during lifting operations.

Ensure all lifting activities comply with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.

Monitor weather and site conditions to ensure safe crane operations.

Report any equipment defects, malfunctions, or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.

Maintain accurate records of crane inspections, operations, and maintenance activities, where required.

Keep the crane cabin and work area clean and orderly.

Participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and mandatory training sessions.

Carry out any other duties assigned by the Company that are related to the role.

Requirements: Valid Tower Crane Operator License recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) / Building and Construction Authority (BCA) At least 3 years of experience operating luffing jib/saddle jib tower cranes Good understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and safety procedures Working Location: Marine Parade
