Senior Quantity Surveyor

Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and company policies Manage contract lifecycle from tender stage through project completion Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, legal advisors, and clients Develop, implement, and monitor systems for QS, contract, and cost management. Review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost/charging concerns. Resolve issues encountered by the QS/project team, including client and subcontractor cost and contractual matters. Take ownership of project cost and contractual settlements. Handle claims, variations, extensions of time and dispute resolution Maintain proper documentation and contract records

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction contract management, HDB project experience will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS, FIDIC etc – as applicable)
• Experience handling claims, variations, and contractual disputes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
