Mid-Level Import Analyst | Holding JHSF

We are looking for a committed professional with a strategic eye, focus on results, and the ability to act collaboratively, ensuring process compliance and contributing to operational excellence.

Responsibilities and duties

• Execute and monitor the import process from the sending of the PO to the arrival of the goods.
• Analyze and check shipping documentation: PO/ PI/ Invoice/ PL/ AWB/ BL
• Perform follow-up with foreign suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and other partners.
• Monitor the need for import licenses and tax classification (NCM) with the customs broker.
• Monitor the production and delivery lead time of goods.
• Sending documents for foreign exchange closing.
• Entering processes and invoices into the system.
• Cost analysis and process closing.
• Contact with international suppliers.

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Administration/COMEX (preferred)
• Advanced/fluent English (mandatory); Advanced Spanish (desirable)
• Experience with high volume of demands;
• Availability of schedules;
• Linx; advanced Excel
• Ability for teamwork, dynamism, and pro-activity;
• Be resilient
• Collaborative profile, good interpersonal relationships, good communication, and good writing
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the Import area; Knowledge of customs legislation.
