Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within schedule
• Coordinate with Architectural and Structural team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect’s design intent
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with code of practice
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Team player with good working attitude
• Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
