Compliance Internship

JGP's Compliance is a multidisciplinary area that acts transversally, supporting different areas and business verticals of the Gestora. The team is responsible for the continuous monitoring and improvement of the Compliance Program of JGP and its affiliates, seeking to ensure that policies, processes, and internal controls are aligned with current legislation, applicable regulations, and best practices of corporate integrity.

The position is ideal for organized, analytical professionals with attention to detail and an interest in developing knowledge in the area of Compliance.

Responsibilities and duties· Provide support for compliance with regulatory obligations before CVM and ANBIMA;

· Support the preparation, review, and updating of Compliance policies, procedures, and reports;

· Assist in conducting background checks of suppliers, business partners, and credit issuers;

· Support training and monitor compliance with internal policies through compliance/adherence tests.

· Assist in the preparation of documents and evidence for due diligence processes, audits, and inspections.

· Interact with different areas of the gestora, contributing to corporate governance initiatives and strengthening the Compliance culture.

Requirements and qualificationsDesired profile:

· Currently pursuing higher education in Direito, Economia, Engenharia, Administração, or related fields and having between 1.5 and 2 years remaining to complete the course;

· Fluent English;

· Good communication skills and analytical capacity;

· Proactivity and interest in learning about asset management, Compliance, and finance.
