This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and expand our IP practice, managing a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients in a dynamic legal environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the Intellectual Property and Trademark legal practice, providing expert advice to clients across various sectors. - Manage and oversee complex IP litigation, trademark registrations, oppositions, and enforcement matters. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. - Mentor and guide junior lawyers and legal teams to foster professional growth and uphold firm standards. - Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide integrated legal solutions. - Stay updated on changes and developments in IP laws and regulations both locally and internationally. - Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and forums to enhance visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer with significant experience in Intellectual Property and Trademark law, preferably within the UAE or GCC region. - Proven track record of successfully managing senior-level client relationships and legal teams. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team towards excellence. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and strategic growth. - Must have some level of business ability and winning and maintaining clients. - In-depth knowledge of UAE IP laws and regulations, along with international IP frameworks. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced legal environment.
