• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong cases and strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers and legal staff, fostering their professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in criminal law and procedures in the UAE.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and negotiations, demonstrating compelling advocacy skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a focus on Criminal Law; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in the UAE, with substantial experience in criminal litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex criminal cases and trials.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary legal team.
