• Proven executive leadership experience within a law firm or professional services environment, preferably at a Deputy CEO or equivalent level.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s legal market, regulatory environment, and business practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
