Kitchen Steward / Cook

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently create and deliver exceptional dishes Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Develop innovative menus Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality Collaborate with management to develop and execute special events, promotions, and menu tastings to enhance the guest experience Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients. Prepare food on time Ensure appealing plate presentation. Monitor food stock and place orders. Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Requirements: Minimum of an OND qualification 3 years of work experience. The candidate must know how to make sandwiches and a parfait.

Remuneration:  NGN 150,000 - 250,000 / Month.
