Your tasks
- Promote and sell cosmetics, toiletries and personal care products to business customers.
- Identify prospective customers and develop new sales opportunities.
- Handle product enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate stock availability, order fulfilment and deliveries.
- Maintain sales records and assist with payment follow-ups.
- Support promotional activities and work towards agreed sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in beauty, personal care or wholesale products is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable approaching prospective customers.
- Able to use email, spreadsheets and basic sales systems.
