Assistant Business Manager Complementary Lines - Comercial Ultramotor

Job Description:

Drive the growth of Yamalube Lubricants and other complementary lines through the definition and execution of commercial strategies, the development of new customers and sales channels, and the monitoring of the network's commercial performance. The position coordinates initiatives with key areas to strengthen profitability, market share, and the achievement of business goals.

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, commercial management, product portfolio management, or market expansion.
• Track record of leading commercial strategies oriented towards sales growth, opening new channels, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in negotiation with distributors, wholesalers, corporate clients, and commercial relationship management.
• Desirable experience in the lubricants, automotive spare parts, motorcycles, or consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge in market analysis, product management, commercial indicators, and profitability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability for information analysis, commercial planning, and financial evaluation of the business.
• Advanced English level, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in professional and commercial environments.
