BUILDING PAINTER

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces.
• Apply paint, primer, waterproofing, and other coatings according to project specifications.
• Perform interior and exterior painting works.
• Mix and match paint colors as required.
• Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality paint application.
• Use brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other painting tools properly.
• Protect floors, fixtures, windows, and finished surfaces from paint damage.
• Perform touch-ups and repainting when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.
• Follow construction safety procedures and proper PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with foremen and site supervisors regarding painting activities.
• Perform other painting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least High School Graduate

Experience in painting works is an advantage Physically fit and willing to work on-site
