We are a wellness centre with a warm, caring team. We are looking for a cheerful Customer Service Assistant to be the friendly face of our outlet! If you love helping people feel good and enjoy a people-facing role, we love to meet you.
What You will Do:
- Customer Service & Front Desk - Welcome customers, check them in/out, answer calls and enquiries with a smile
- Appointment Support - Help customers book appointments, explain packages/services, and follow up
- Outlet Operations - Keep reception area neat, handle POS, and assist with inventory of retail/wellness products
- Team Support - Work closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Attitude first - Cheerful, warm, patient, and good with people
- Service-minded - Enjoys talking to customers and making them feel comfortable
- Presentable & Professional - Represents our wellness brand well
- Basic computer + POS skills - Training provided. Excel/Email a plus
- Min. O-Level or 1year service experience - Freshers with good attitude welcome!
