Production Manager

JI Pepsi Cola Bottler LLC is looking for a Production Manager with strong experience in FMCG manufacturing, production planning, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, high product quality, and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

Oversee production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Manage production capacity based on sales forecasts and inventory plans.

Create weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and finished product inventory levels.

Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve business objectives.

Estimate production costs and prepare departmental budgets.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce losses.

Make decisions regarding equipment utilization, maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of production employees.

Cooperate with other department managers to achieve production and business targets.

Analyze production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improving performance and reducing production losses.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Assess potential production risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality management systems, and company standards.

Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with product specifications throughout the production process.

Collaborate with the Quality and Engineering departments to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and promote a safe working environment.

Relevant higher education (Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field).

At least 5 years of experience in Production and/or Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in the FMCG or beverage industry is considered an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of production planning, GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Arm Soft experience is an advantage.

Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.
