Cybersecurity GRC Mentor — 3-Month Contract

Jenovation Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity GRC professional for a 3-month, one-on-one private mentorship engagement.

The learner works full-time, so sessions will be flexible and mutually scheduled .

Key Responsibilities

Assess the learner’s current level and career goals. Provide a structured, practical GRC learning journey. Guide the learner through real-world GRC projects and practical exercises . Help build a GRC portfolio with tangible deliverables that demonstrate practical experience. Provide feedback, review projects, and offer career guidance. Certification preparation may be included, but practical skills and portfolio development are the priority .

Requirements

Professional experience in Cybersecurity GRC. Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks, risk, compliance, controls, policies, and audits. Previous experience mentoring or training others is a plus. Ability to teach practical, real-world GRC skills. Strong communication and coaching skills.

Engagement: 3 months | Remote | Contract | Flexible schedule
