WSH Officer

Job Description Implement WSH policies and ensure site compliance. Conduct daily site inspections and identify hazards. Prepare/review Risk Assessments (RA), SWP and PTW . Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and worker inductions. Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions. Monitor subcontractors and ensure compliance with LTA/HDB requirements. Maintain WSH records, inspection reports and safety statistics. Support safety audits and emergency drills. Liaise with LTA/HDB, consultants, contractors and MOM.  Requirements MOM-registered WSH Officer (WSHO) .

Specialist Diploma in WSH or relevant Diploma/Degree is commonly required.

Typically 3+ years’ construction WSH experience ; LTA/HDB/A&A experience is advantageous.

Good knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, risk management and construction safety .

Good communication, documentation and incident-investigation skills.
