Profile

• Commercial training with further training as a specialist or business administrator, or a degree in economics
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing
• Strong communication skills, committed, and team-oriented
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP-Systemen

Tasks

• Responsibility for inventory management and material availability
• Timely procurement of series material including deadline tracking
• Contact person for delivery-relevant procurement topics
• Control and optimization of inventory levels
• Identification and processing of supply bottlenecks
• Preparation of Shopfloor-Meetings and missing part management
• Maintenance of the planning master data in the ERP-System
• Escalation management and coordination with suppliers
