RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will join the AI hub of JEMS, a European leader in Data, to support our clients in their transformation and innovation projects through Artificial Intelligence. Our teams develop and industrialize generative AI solutions and agentic systems (LLM, RAG, internal copilots, multi-agent orchestrators), with a strong focus on modern Cloud and Data Platforms environments. In this role, you will intervene end-to-end, from use case identification to industrialization. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading AI scoping workshops with business and IT stakeholders
  • Identifying and formalizing concrete use cases (gains, constraints, feasibility)
  • Designing and developing backend services in Python integrated into microservices architectures
  • Deploying and managing AI MVPs (LLM, RAG, agentic systems, orchestrators, copilots)
  • Integrating and optimizing data pipelines for generative AI
  • Industrializing AI solutions: scaling, robustness, monitoring, and production performance
  • Supporting clients in AI governance (security, GDPR, ethics, budget, sovereign cloud)
  • Contributing to the construction of a differentiating AI offering within JEMS, recognized for its innovation and R&D

REQUIRED PROFILE:

As an AI Expert, you master:

  • Languages & Frameworks: Python, Langchain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, Flask
  • AI & GenAI: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, open source models (LLaMA, Mistral...), RAG, embeddings, vector stores (Chroma, PgVector, FAISS)
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure (strongly), AWS, GCP - Docker, CI/CD, Git, MLOps / LLMOps
  • REST API, SQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB databases, Git, and Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector DB
  • Complementary tools: Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Notebooks, Databricks

You have proven experience in Python backend development and modern frameworks related to generative AI in an Agile/SAFe environment. You master technical English, both written and oral. You possess a DevOps culture, good coding practices (pair/mob programming, code review), and design skills (design patterns). You demonstrate curiosity and the ability to quickly acquire skills in new technologies.
