AI Enablement Engineer M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the development of new uses around Artificial Intelligence, the team wishes to strengthen its skills in order to support business and development teams in the identification, design, and production deployment of AI use cases. You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and qualifying AI use cases in collaboration with business teams.
• Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing functional requirements.
• Supporting teams in the definition of technical solutions.
• Managing the implementation and production deployment of AI use cases.
• Defining success criteria and ensuring the monitoring of deliverables.
• Facilitating workshops with various stakeholders.
• Supporting teams to transfer the necessary skills for the maintenance and evolution of the developed solutions.
• Identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback with technical teams.
• Collaborating with AI Engineers on technical choices and implemented architectures.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

As an AI Technical Consultant, you possess:

• Significant experience in delivering Artificial Intelligence projects.
• Good understanding of LLM, RAG, and AI agents architectures.
• Ability to analyze business needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Experience in supporting development teams.
• Good understanding of software development environments and Agile methods.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage various stakeholders.
• Good understanding of TypeScript developments and software architectures.
• Excellent communication and technical popularization skills.
• Good level of English.
