Project Engineer Plant Engineering (m/f/d)
for our growing team.
As a project manager, you will take on a key role in our organization. You will initiate technical solutions, lead projects holistically to success, and actively shape the further development of our site. In doing so, we rely on trust, short decision-making paths, and genuine cooperation.
Your Tasks
- Holistic planning, control, and implementation of technical projects from kick-off to handover
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams – internal and external
- Structured project planning using modern PM tools and methods
- Ensuring deadlines, budgets, quality, as well as safety, environmental, and company standards
- Active risk and measures management
- Transparent communication with stakeholders and management
- Creation of concise status reports and decision-making bases
- Accompanying technical implementation and pragmatic problem-solving on-site
- Application of classical and agile methods
- Establishment of clean project documentation and sustainable handover to operations
Your Profile
- A completed degree in the field of Maschinenbau, Holztechnik, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the project management of larger technical or investment projects
- Enthusiasm for technology, processes, and continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge in project management
- Confident handling of project management tools and IT systems
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
- Good English skills
