Proposal Engineer

Job Description:-

• Experience in Tender Processes and online submission, etc.,
• Preparing Technical and Commercial Proposals with costing and estimation.

• Pre-Qualification procedures and thorough knowledge in tender scope & terms and conditions.
• Experience in Mechanical, Piping & associated works

• PID, Isometric, GA, 3D drawings interpretation, Preparing Bill of Materials and sourcing suppliers / vendors.
• Communication & Negotiating skill and liaison with Clients and Subcons.

• Knowledge in Authority regulations & requirements.
• Understanding of workflow and sequence for preparing the Technical & Commercial Proposals and experience in documentation standards

• Experience and knowledge in Plant Construction, Operation and Maintenance shall

be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in cost estimation and preparing technical & commercial proposal documents.

• Software skills: MS-Office / MS-Projects / CAD
