Construction Manager
Must-have:Lead
Working Location: Jurong Island
KeyResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
- Review and ensure implementation of technical documents and procedures
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor and report on project progress, cost, and quality
- Manage resources,including labor, equipment, and materials
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment
- Lead monthly project meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely submission of documents and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Pharama/Thermal Power Plant construction,testing, and commissioning
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of international codes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
