Requirement

• Experienced in logistics planning, scheduling, and forecasting
• Able to coordinate and monitor logistics flow
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills with multiple parties
• Able to anticipate and resolve potential operational delays or bottlenecks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Description

• Plan and coordinate the end-to-end logistics flow to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Prepare and monitor schedules and forecasts for trucking, PBM, vessel/shipping line, and customer activities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and coordination with trucking, PBM, agent/shipping line, and customer.
• Monitor operational timelines and identify potential delays, gaps, or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate adjustments when there are changes in trucking arrival, vessel schedule, PBM readiness, or customer requirements.
• Ensure all parties are aligned with the agreed schedule and operational plan.
