Governance and Project Controls Manager

Job Summary Manage complex IT portfolio controls covering financial governance, resource capacity, delivery assurance, enterprise risk and audit compliance. Key Responsibilities Govern project budgets, forecasting, cost variances and portfolio KPIs. Optimise resource allocation, capacity planning and integrated project schedules. Manage RAID registers, vendor contracts, dependencies and change controls. Oversee Agile/Waterfall delivery, SIT/UAT, release readiness and implementation tracking. Produce executive dashboards, audit evidence and automated PMO reports. Requirements Minimum 10 years of relevant IT project management or PMO governance experience. Strong expertise in financial controls, resource forecasting, RAID management and vendor governance. Hands-on proficiency in MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and advanced Excel automation. Experience in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall delivery, audit controls and senior stakeholder reporting.
