Warehouse Manager (Retail of furniture sector)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our daily logistics, scheduling, and warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure seamless order fulfilment, efficient inventory management, and smooth process execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable in a dynamic environment, and skilled at problem-solving to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee comprehensive warehouse operations, including stock movement, storage optimization, and accurate order fulfilment.

Manage and coordinate the efficient unloading and intake of goods from shipment containers into the facility.

Maintain high standards of warehouse organization and cleanliness, working alongside the team and providing hands-on support when required.

Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory levels to guarantee accuracy and product availability.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external logistics partners or vendors to ensure timely delivery and assembly.

Track and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the driver team and heavy vehicle fleet on a daily and weekly basis.
