Service Engineer (CCTV & Security Access)

Your tasks

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security access systems.
• Respond to service calls and efficiently resolve technical issues.
• Upgrade and install new CCTV and security access equipment as needed.
• Offer technical guidance to clients on optimal use of security systems.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and system performance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in CCTV and access control hardware and software, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly address system faults.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
