Sales Distributor

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the traditional trade channel Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers and key accounts Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives Monitor account performance, track sales metrics and report on progress against targets and KPIs Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities and pipeline management Identify market trends and competitive insights to inform sales strategy and positioning

Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales roles, particularly within account and relationship management or traditional trade channels Strong understanding of the traditional trade business environment and customer dynamics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications Full-time availability and willingness to travel to meet clients as required Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (or equivalent professional experience) Fluency in Thai and English is preferred. Experience in the technology or IT services sector is advantageous
