QC Engineer

Your tasks

Understand product drawings and specifications. Prepare and maintain quality documents such as: -Control Plan

Operate measurement tools, including -Vernier Caliper

-IM Machine and others Understand and implement quality systems such as IATF / ISO. Ensure products comply with requirements. Perform problem analysis and resolution using quality tools such as: -Why-Why Analysis

-Fishbone Diagram Analyze production process issues and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Requirements

1. Gender: Open
2. Age: 23–35 years
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields
4. At least 1–3 years of experience in QC/QA in manufacturing (Experience in metal parts or automotive industry is a plus)
5. Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Ability to communicate in English and Japanese (preferred)
