QAQC Engineer (A1 Maincon - 5.5 days)

We are looking for a QAQC Engineer to manage quality assurance and control across construction projects, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP); ensure subcontractors comply

Monitor subcontractors' Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)

Conduct quality inspections and audits against specifications and regulations

Review and approve quality documents (method statements, checklists, test reports)

Coordinate with site teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

Track quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards

Maintain quality records for project handover

Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on quality matters

Train site personnel on quality control procedures

Participate in project meetings on quality issues

Manage subcontractors to clear defects and meet CONQUAS targets

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

3–5 years' experience in QA/QC within construction

Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations

Proficient in quality management systems; ISO 9001 certification a plus

Good with numbers and computer systems

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
