Project Scheduler (Pharmaceutical Engineering)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to drive full-lifecycle schedule management for complex pharmaceutical engineering projects. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end timeline planning—spanning design, procurement, construction, and validation—to ensure seamless execution while meeting strict compliance, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Master Schedule Planning: Build and maintain Level 1–4 project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, integrating inputs across design, procurement, construction, and validation workflows.

Progress Tracking & Delay Mitigation: Perform weekly progress updates, track critical paths and buffers, and formulate delay recovery plans to protect key project milestones.

Reporting & Claims Support: Generate weekly/monthly reports, 3-week lookahead schedules, and scheduling data to assist with Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and contractual claims.

Risk Integration & Site Coordination: Participate in risk assessments to integrate timeline risks into the project register while optimizing on-site sequencing with logistics and safety teams.

Validation Interface: Align commissioning and validation milestones to ensure seamless transition toward IQ/OQ readiness.

Requirements Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PMP certification is an advantage).

Experience: 5+ years of project scheduling experience, with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical or bio-pharma engineering projects.

Technical Software Mastery: High proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel analytics.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP workflows, cleanroom construction sequencing, and Singapore regulatory standards (BCA, MOM, SCDF).

Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to interface effectively with clients, design, and site construction teams.
