Project Manager (Contract)

6 days per week fixed-term structure with a competitive guaranteed base and 20–30% variable linked to clearly defined milestones and project outcomes

Projects The properties were planning to renovate in the next 6-12 months: Atlas ~120 SQM in the parking area, strata office 372 SQM, serviced apartment and wellness ~900 SQM, private residences ~600 SQM. Renovate 8floor condo .All of which are in Bangkok.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 4+ years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction project management. Strong project coordination, contractor management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Willing to travel to project sites when required.
