Production Planning and Sale support Engineer

Your tasks

Identify, coordinate, and participate in customer relationship–building activities and meetings Respond to customer inquiries regarding product pricing and product availability Analyze technical drawings and prepare materials and cost estimations Assist the Sales Manager in developing quotations to meet customer requirements Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare inventory reports for the Accounting Department Source and negotiate the best material prices from suppliers and subcontractor Observe current processes and analyze employee productivity and efficiency Communicate with production teams regarding daily production activities and production planning Ensure all projects are completed on time Maintain sufficient raw material inventory to support current and new product models Monitor and follow up on deliveries for all related projects

Requirements

1. Thai nationality, male or female, age 24–35 year
2. Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in the electronics parts and automotive industries
3. High confidence in communicating with customers, especially Japanese companies
4. Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Fast learner with initiative, strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
7. Team player with good personality, service-minded attitude, enthusiasm, diligence, perseverance, and commitment
8. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
9. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 will be an advantage
10. Strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, creativity, adaptability, and ability to work independently
11. Ability to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
12. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel

Meal/transportation allowance: 1,500 THB

After passing probation Personal leave: 2 days

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (07.30AM – 04.30PM) (Satutday per month)
